- A Valid ABN (if applying for a Lowes Air account and you do not have an ABN, please click on the Lowes Air Application button below to download Lowes Air account application form. For this application you will need to satisfy 100 point identification requirements.)
- Your Driver’s Licence Number
- If you are a company, the Date of Birth, Driver’s Licence Number, Address
and Phone Number of all Directors and Guarantors - Contact details for three Trade References.
- If you are a Company, Guarantors’ approval of the Lowes Terms and Conditions.
Please note that insufficient information may result in delayed processing of your application.
