Yes, your Lowes Air issued card will work through the entire national Air bp network. For further clarification or to speak to our local cards team directly, please call 1300 663 277.

Generally, from account approval, the process takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your card to arrive.

For non-ABN applications

• A copy of Government issued photo ID, e.g. Passport, Driver’s Licence. Identity documents must total 100 points. For reference on 100 points please refer to Qld Gov. “Providing 100 points of identification”. (https://www.qld.gov.au/law/births-deaths-marriages-and-divorces/online-service-providers/providing-100-points-of-identification ).
• Current bank statement showing financial institution account name, BSB and account number (transactional details should be removed)
• Completed direct debit account form
• Any current industry association memberships
• Download the application form. Click here to download pdf. 
• Complete by typing in editable sections within pdf form. Then print all pages. Handwritten information (with the exception of signatures) are not accepted as they decrease accurancy of information and could hold up processing your application.
• Where indicated physically sign your application. There may be more than one signature section to be completed, so be sure to sign in all sections where a signature is required.
• Scan all pages of your document plus your identitiy documents. Pdf format is preferred.
• Ensure to  ALL pages (completed or otherwise) and identity documents are ready to attach to your email.
• Email with all docs attached to Lowes Air as directed on the application form.
