1. The Local Hub “Happy Hour” Promotion is operated by Ocwen Energy Pty Ltd (referred to as Lowes, we, us or our). By participating in The Local Hub “Happy Hour” Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The promotion is only valid at participating Lowes bp service stations within Australia.
3. All customers who purchase a regular-sized hot coffee item between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm local time daily will be eligible to pay a reduced price of $3.
4. Hot coffee items are limited to the following: Espresso, Piccolo, Flat White, Latte, Cappuccino, Long Black, and Hot Tea. This offer excludes our Iced Latte promotion.
5. The $3 price for hot coffee items does not include any extra shots, specialty milks, or flavoured syrups. An additional surcharge will apply for these extras.
6. We may discontinue The Local Hub “Happy Hour” Promotion at our sole discretion and without liability to you. If discontinued, we will notify customers by posting an update on our website at lowespetrol.com.au/happy-hour
7. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or introduce new terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any updates will be published on our website at lowespetrol.com.au/happy-hour
8. These Terms and Conditions apply to The Local Hub “Happy Hour” Promotion in Australia and are governed by the relevant laws.
